Trying So hard

Im trying so hard to lose this baby weight. Im going crazy. I need all of the help that I can get.

i am so determined to lose weight after i have ellie. i'm tired of being fat! i wanna be hot again lol. i'm planning on walking everyday after she is born. going on walks with her in the stroller and my other 2 kids riding their bikes will hopefully because part of our daily activity. i think it will be good for me but also so good for them! its the motivation to get going that i think is the hard part.

motivation is what im lacking. But like you im tired of being fat that i have to do something or it will only get worse.

i think eventually my motivation will become how much better i feel after exercizing and when the weight starts to come off, that will keep me going. but starting is hard for me. i'm just making my kids my motivation because they are the real reason i want to lose weight. of course i want to look better but mostly i want to feel better! i do less and less outdoor activities with them the heavier i get and i know kids need to be outside, its good for them!

Yeah I hear ya! The more activities I do with the kids then more I will lose myself. I have started doing my tae bo dvds again and Im making a chart to keep track and to make sure that i keep a schedule of when I do them bc I have to stay on track this time. No ifs, ands or buts!!
